We’re excited to ship your order! Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your products to you.

Processing Time

• Standard processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Peak seasons/sales: Processing may take up to 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.
• Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day.

International Shipping
We currently ship to: GCC Countries, USA, UK, Canada, India, Pakistan

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime through the "Track Order" link in your account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after you receive your confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

• PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address.
• Remote areas: Additional charges may apply for remote/out-of-coverage areas. We’ll contact you if this applies.
• Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Dubai Deals Hbb is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dubaidealshubb.com. We’ll make it right.
• Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the courier to locate it or issue a replacement.

Undeliverable/Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping charges. Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
